  1. Are you staying downtown Chicago? I can offer many suggestions for hotel, food, drink, etc.

  2. I did this same trip (plus STL and Field of Dreams) back in 2000. A couple of quick takeaways:
    Miller Park is GINORMOUS.
See the infamously steep upper deck of US Cellular Field for yourself. It’s shockingly steep.
Wrigley Field is a fantastic. I’m not sure I’d want to go there 20 times a year, but for a baseball fan and traveler, there aren’t many sporting experiences like a day game at Wrigley. It’s just so……FUN. Can’t wait to take my wife there on our 10th anniversary trip later this summer. And yes, that means my wife is cool.

  3. give me a ping if you want to grab a bite in Wrigleyville (or hell, go the A’s/Sox game together).

  4. That Vikings stadium looks sooooooo fuckin awesome! Like a stealth fighter. Makes Levi’s look very “meh”!

  5. Any plans to visit with good old Bud Selig while in town??

  6. Yea but that’s what you get with every dome or roof stadium, you can make it look much cooler. The seating bowl area looks boring. Plus with costs out here. Niners stadium is 1.2 billion to 975 million for Minnesota.

  7. apropos of nothing, I am going to Wrigley tonight!!!!!!!!!
